NiSi-Lens Store accepts credit cards and PayPal using the PayPal network.

SHIPPING
NiSi-Lens Store ships with DHL Express.(3-5days worldwide shipping times)
All orders over USD$100 come with FREE shipping.
Shipping costs are USD$35 for orders below USD$100.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment by email within 24 hours.
All weekday orders for stocked items will ship within 24 hours . If you would like the item to arrive at a specific date, please indicate this in ‘order notes’ during the checkout process.
The shipping information(Name and Address)will be accepted in ENGLISH.
We regret that we are unable to ship a PO Box address.
As NiSi products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If
it is damaged or they are parts missing. please contact with support@nisi-lens.com within
24 hours of receiving the package.
Return&Repair
Note: Please read the instruction manual carefully for correct use and safe storage. We do not take responsibility for personal injury or damage to the product if these instructions have not been adhered to.
NiSi-Lens Store will provide return and repair service only to NiSi Lens purchased from the NiSi-Lens Store. This includes refund and repair/replacement. (Please contact our authorized distributors and dealers directly for products purchased elsewhere)
The warranty period of NiSi Lens is 24 months in accordance with EU regulations, 6 months in accordance with US regulations, 12 months in accordance with China regulations.
Do not disassemble, refit or repair the lens by yourself. This may damage the product. This is outside the terms of its warranty. Please contact local dealers or NiSi’s official website for its required maintenance.
Replacement and return for repair freight:
NiSi will be responsible for the replacement freight costs of the defective products purchased from the NiSi Store.
